NOVAFit

Our NOVAFit program is open to the community and offers a minimum of 35-40 hours each week for adult open lap swimming. Individuals must be 18 years of age and know how to swim. NOVAFit members can train at either of the NOVA Aquatic Centers, depending on the day of the week. Reservations for pool time are not required, swimmers can come at any time during scheduled hours. You can join NOVAFit as an individual for a period of three months or up to one year, and spouses receive a 50%discount.

Thanksgiving Week NOVAFit Hours

Due to NOVA Team practices, there will be limited lane availability next week.

When NOVA team members are present, the following areas are restricted to NOVAFit members:

NOVA Aquatic Center – Regency: Large Men’s and Women’s bathrooms. NOVAFit members will have access to Changing Room and on deck bathrooms ONLY.

NOVA Aquatic Center – Gayton: Locker Rooms. NOVAFit members will have access to hallway bathrooms ONLY.
